This housing complex is part of the extremely successful Santana Row project in San Jose, California. Paradigm provided the structural consulting for three of the original structures with three stories of wood framed construction. The structures consist of four residential units over structured retain and subterranean parking. The framing system consisted of conventional wood studs, TJI joists, and plywood shear walls and diaphragms. $24M total construction costs.
