Education and experience come full circle with this project as our founding principal provides design work for this high profile project at his alma mater.

Schematic design services for the University Bookstore renovation and addition include the renovation and seismic strengthening of the existing bookstore and the design for a three story addition, comprising a total project of ± 93, 120 sq ft. The addition will provide increased seismic resistance to the existing structure, while enhancing the overall appearance of the previously existing bookstore.
