Before and Now

Jeff emphasizes getting things done right the first time. One of the first engineers to join Paradigm, Jeff brings a strong work ethic and commitment both to our firm and to the project teams he is a part of. Organized and meticulous, he stresses the need for detailed written communication, and coaches our engineers on how to write effectively to explain the thought process behind our engineering to other consultants and our clients.
