Over a decade ago Kurt Lindorfer, S.E. founded Paradigm on the guiding principle that intelligent design saves lives, property and money. This ideal still permeates every aspect of our firm today. During the construction process, excellent communication and quick turn-around times are our priority. We take time with the contractor to explain our engineering approach, and are willing to explore different structural systems to ensure workable solutions are implemented.
